Plumbing, heat/air and electrical knowledge required for rooms, main lodge and office spaces and RV park.
Carpentry experience is helpful.
Some grounds work to include weed eating, mowing, trail work and in season pool care.
Experience with tractors a plus.
Center is on Septic system so some knowledge of septic systems is good.
Some weekends, holidays and evening/night hours may be required for on site emergencies.
Pay dependent on experience.
Possibility of on site housing.
