Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As an Administrative Assistant at Husby Communication LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including executives and managers.
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, handling all logistical arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, placing orders when necessary.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Help with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
Manage and update company databases and records.
Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
