About who needs care:
All he needs is companionship and make sure he eats.
Simple meal preparation.
He can shower and dress just needs someone to help make sure he has a towel washcloth soap.
Most likely will need to tell him what to wear.
After he dresses himself just make sure he looks OK he sometimes wears clothes backwards etc.
